Hello,
Currently I am evaluating EVM430-FR6047 board and I am trying to configure the USS library to work with Audiowell ultrasonic flow sensor (DN20 connection - plastic pipe). So far, from what I understood from documentation it is not possible to calibrate the sensor while having no water flow, as the USS design center displays an error: "no signal in upstream and downstream channels" and LED1 goes red. Currently I am preparing an installation with a pump and reference flow meter to have calibration platform, but I have no clue how to properly do this in case of this sensor.
How can I obtain the meter constant for this sensor? What's it relationship with cross-sectional are of the pipe? What are the best values for numbers of signals and gaps between them? As audiowell products are pretty popular here (Ti tested the fr6047 on other audiowell product), I was wondering that maybe someone of you have the configuration header for this pipe?
