Help. AM3352 was work for two weeks, powered on and booted successfully many times. Then one day, it stopped. The power light come on and stays on, and the screen backlist comes on, but that is all that happens. I gave it to my engineer mate, and he tested it.Below are the voltages at various places. As he says, at Y6 there was seen on oscilloscope 24MHz. And the DDRAM got so hot he stopped his tests.
I tried the SDK SD and the Android SD cards that came with the unit.
Can you advise what is wrong, and what we should do next?

Y6 seen oscillating at 24MHz
U32 (DDRAM) running very hot, seriously uncomfortable on the skin. This caused me to discontinue the test.
