I'm FAE from WT. I have a customer use SN74LVC2G04DCKR to make a switchboard. However, after mass production of 1000 pieces, 10 pieces of the inverter input high level and cannot get low level. The following is the schematic diagram.After the replacement of SN74LVC2G04DCKR, the problem was solved. Please help analyze the possible cause of the damage of SN74LVC2G04DCKR.Do you have any Suggestions for modification?
