IWR6843ISK-ODS: IWR6843ISK-ODS txOutPower in Overhead People Counting Demo

Hello TI,

I trace the sample code about "3D_lab0020_pplcount_Overhead" demo.

The default config is mmw_pplcount_demo_default.cfg  .

For Configuration command -profileCfg, one question for "txOutPower" 

profileCfg 0 60.6 200 7 40 0 0 82 1 128 5300 0 0 48

The txOutPower is 0, and the SDK says as below,

The question is : when txOutPower is set to 0, what's the value of TX power? ex: 0 dB or ???
