MMWAVE-STUDIO: Error during post processing when data is captured using AWR1642BOOST

I am trying to capture AWR1642BOOST ADC data using DCA1000 in mmWave Studio. I followed the steps shown in https://training.ti.com/sites/default/files/docs/mmwave_sensor_raw_data_capture_using_dca1000_v02.pdf

After clicking DCA1000 ARM  then Trigger Frame then Post Processing in mmwave Studio it shows dll error. The snapshot of the error is attached below.
