Hi All,
Could someone help with two questions?
1) The TLV320AIC36 can sample audio at 32 bits / 48 KHz then pass internally to its miniDSP then pass the output of the miniDSP to a host processor such as the Raspberry Pi (and reverse for audio output)? Or is the data path to a host processor restricted to audio data only (not the output / input of the miniDSP)?
2) Interfacing to the Raspberry Pi is reasonably accomplished via the I2S implementation on it? I understand you are not the makers of the Pi. Perhaps someone here has experience with it.
My goal: real time studio quality audio input and output with custom code running on an off the shelf inexpensive Linux machine in between.
