I am using LMP90100 in my board. For analog supply AVDD of LMP90100, i am using REF5040. The problem is REF5040 output is not coming at all. LMP90100 datasheet says that its maximum consumption is 2mA at 5V and REF5040 datasheet says that it can source 10mA current at 4.096V. Please help. Why ref output is not building up at all? My schematic is as follows:
