I made a circuit along the text but it does not work well.
IN 3.3V OUT 12V
The output voltage stabilizes when 12V is 2V IN, but why is my output voltage unstable when it is my goal of 3.3V IN.
The point at which the output stabilizes is not good.
Do you know what the cause is?
