Compiler/TMS320F280049: My customer get error building after the first successful build

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hi expert,

When my customer imports CCS project for the first time and build it . It can be built successfully. But when they build it again, an error is exist as follow figure.

Also, when they delete all projects and workspace , then import and build again, It can be built successfully. Next time they build this project , the same error occur.

I think this something related to their project. Do I need to get the make file to identify the problem?
