Hello,
I designed a BOOST converter with the following specifications:
Vin 30/40 V
Vout 325 V
Iout 600mA
f 200 kHz
I am using LM5022-Q1 as IC. I need to undestand how to use an external power supply in order to use a large MOSFET drive voltage. Since, the internal one (Vcc pin) reaches 7V and I d like to use a drive voltage of 10 V or 15 V. May someone can help me to desing it?
