BQ24618: Resistor of power supply pin in BQ24618 schematic burns in every startup

Part Number:BQ24618

I'm using a BQ24618 to charge a 6s battery with 2A. My input voltage is 28V. When i started using this i open a question in forum. e2e.ti.com/.../2630783 When i tested this integrated circuit, when i connected the battery without power supply, BQ24618 was burning. To prevent this i inserted a ideal diode in output of the circuit that did not turn on the bq24618 when it had only the battery connected. But with this ideal diode, BQ24618 don't detectsa charged battery.

Now, when i tested this again without the ideal diode in output, and just turn on my power supply to check if i have 25.2v at output, resistor R102 (in my schematic) burns and is 1/4W. BQ24618 burns too. Who is causing this issue? I have so many problems with 28V voltage, and i tested this circuit with 19v in datasheet example and works well. So the problem is related to 28V, but integrated circuit should be working with this voltage
