I've got an MSP430F5529 project that I cloned from TI-FIRST/MSP430-Gamepad GitHub rep.
It builds fine, but it has an option setting that I should be able to change between OPTION1, OPTION2, and OPTION3.
When I try to modify project properties, the text box is read-only and I get the following error:
Problems modifying properties:
Error: Compiler version '4.3.4' is not currently installed!
I've had some luck directly modifying the .cproject file, but changes to that file don't seem to be noticed frequently even after a clean build or multiple rebuilds. Though eventually the change does seem to be picked up by the build system. The line in .cproject I'm changing looks like this:
<listOptionValue builtIn="false" value="OPTION3"/>
Any advice on how to get past the properties error message, or a workaround to force the builder to notice changes in .cproject?
