Modify example Http Server

Good afternoon,

I'm working with the board on the project in my college and I need some help which you appreciate it.
I have a plate with several sensors which I communicate well with them and what they need is to display data on a web page to access visualize it, I'm trying to handle the example http server then my question is could modify the led_demo example or main de these examples and show my data in place. I want to remove the token and put the values I get from the sensors.
