GUI DRV8412C2: Unable to load *.out to Flash.

I am doing the procedures described in file CCSv4HowToFlashcontrolCARDS.txt from the USB-flash card attached to the developer's DRV8412-C2 kit.

A bunch of errors occur when pressing the DEBUG. And, accordingly, "connect target" and "target -> load program *.out" are grayed out and disabled.

Errors are about memory allocations in F28035_FLASH_Stepper.CMD:

BEGIN memory range has already been specified

BEGIN memory range overlaps existing memory range

etc., asf.,

What's wrong?
