SD card probe question ?

[platform] SDK :           dvsdk_2_10_01_18
                  kernel :        Linux IPCAM 2.6.18_pro500-davinci_GV-BX220_1.0
                  Processor: ARM926EJ-S rev 5 (v5l)
                 Hardware  : DM368


1,I have two partitions in SD card.

One of partition is swap and the other used as a storage device. as shown in <1>.

2, I turn on swap partition after, as shown in <2>.

3, I plug out the SD card, then sd card insert.

The partition table has been abnormal. shown as<3>,

Please tell me how to solve this question.
