LM1084: Date/Lot Code Format

Hi Team,

My customer is trying to understand the date and lot codes on their LM1084IT-ADJ. They have parts with marking 7CAX2XU63 and 89AXVEUG3, for example. I assume the dates are December 2007/2017 and September 2008/18, respectively, but would like to confirm. Can you please share the format and definition of the characters?
