BQ24250: Question related to changing the setting for the battery charging voltage from the default value of 4.2V

Can the battery charger chip bq24250 be programmed to always limit the maximum battery charging voltage to 4.1V instead of the default 4.2V?  Will the battery charging chip be transitioned from CC to CV mode limiting the battery voltage to 4.1V?
