Part Number:DS90UB928Q-Q1
Dear Team,
The customer uses the DS90UB928-Q1. However, in use, the customer found that when powering up, Pin38 (VDD33_A) will have a pulse current of about 700 mA (normally about 250 mA). However, when using 948, there is no such phenomenon.
In order to confirm this problem, I tested it with the 928EVM and 948EVM. The test results are the same as those of the customer. As long as the PDB goes from low to high, this current spike occurs, but the 948 does not.
Why does the DS90UB928Q-Q1 have this current spike, while others don't have a 948?Will this current spike affect the performance of the device?
Figure 1 is the waveform provided by the customer, and Figure 2 is the waveform tested using the 928EVM.
Best regards,
Ansel
