LM5069: LM5069 Delay time or PowerGood Delay

Hi Sir,

Our customer have two board need to connect,
But the connect sequence is 12V-->Signal-->GND Can not change.
So current product had Noise Malfunction or Damage issue.
Do you know TI LM5069 can be Delay time or PowerGood Delay function to Delay power on waiting 500m~1S into GND Connected?
Or TI have other better solution for this application? Io current maybe is 2~5A
