I connected my BQ40Z80EVM-020 evaluation board to my Windows 10 computer through the USB connector. I checked to make sure the jumpers were set correctly for the onboard EV2400. I opened Battery Management software and it wasn't detecting the BQ40Z80 chip so I thought there was a problem with the EV2400. I downloaded the EV2400_Updater_v0018.exe from your website and used it to update the EV2400. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the version you have on the website was from 2015. The updater detected the onboard EV2400 and did the update, but now my machine does not even detect that a USB device is connected. I tried connecting it to another computer and it does not detect it their either (does not try to install the driver).
Any idea if this is recoverable or do I need to buy an separate EV2400 device now.
