BQ27210: BQ27210 communication

Hi all,

we are having issues communicating with a BQ27210 BOARD we designed through the EV2300 and the BQ software (dedicated to BQ27xx0).

1. the battery is communicating with our uC.
2. battery is connected to the EV2300 to a Windows 10 64bit computer.with 10KOhM pull ups to external power supply 3.3V (GND is connected to PACK-).
3. I can see the signal running on the CLK and DATA but the GUI is not refreshing or showing '1' (FF) on all registers.
4. Battery is functioning - discharging  and charging.

should I install a different driver ? different OS ?
