Join/rejoin in multi-network scenario

Hi,

We are using ZStack 2.4.0 for Smart Energy applications and need some help joining and rejoining a network when there are multiple networks/ESPs.

Join problem: When multiple channels are enabled, and multiple ZigBee networks are present with permit join enabled, Z-stack only appears to attempt to join the first network it encounters (the first beacon response it receives).  If the join fails (say, due to reception errors, or due to failed network key transport), Z-stack does a system reset, and repeats the process.  As such, there's a possibility that it may never join the intended network.  How would I configure the stack to try a different network each time?

Rejoin problem: When multiple channels are enabled, and multiple ZigBee networks are present regardless of permit join status, if the network to rejoin is not the first network it encounters (ie, not the first beacon response), Z-stack does not send orphan notifications or rejoin requests.  Instead, it resets itself through the ZDO_NETWORK_INIT event and tries again.  Oddly, the reset timer occasionally inexplicably fails to tick correctly, and the entire stack fails.  How should I deal with this multi-network rejoin case?

Thanks.
Voon
