Dear Sir,
LM5041EVAL board is having a feedback circuit with some more additional components compared to the basic feedback circuits. I am having following doubts regarding components:
1. D12 maybe used for clamping the voltage, but what is the exact purpose and advantage of adding this diode in the feedback circuit.
2. purpose and advantage of Diode (D6) used in the reference voltage section of the feedback.
3. 20K used in series for the 1.2V reference of the first Error amplifier only. Do we have to use a series resistor ? what are the advantages?
