I am asking this for our customer.
We are aware that we have two reference designs on CCM Totem Pole PFC.
TIDM-1007 uses GaN for 3.3KW
TIDA-01604 uses SiC MOSFET for automotive applications.
Our customer is interested in TIDM-1007 for industrial server power and prefers SiC MOSFET.
Our question is that from software perspective, is there any major difference between these two reference designs?
Is there any consideration for SiC and for GaN from software perspective?
