LM10011: LM10011 question about VID voltage.

My customer used LM10011.

I have a question.

Datasheet In Figure 12 on page 13, VCNTL is being pulled up with DVDD 18.

If there is a difference between the VDD of the LM10011 and the rising edge of the DVDD18, the VID input of the LM10011 will float, but is there a problem?
