Where I can find Datasheet or IC Manual

I'm been looking to understand an old toy.
The toy utilizes the Speech Processor TSP50C42 and two Speech ROMs CMM20037BN2 (TSP60C20??).
Is there any place that I can get those manuals and/or datasheets?
