UCC21520: Height Tolerance of DW package

Hi,

The package of UCC21520/A is 16PIN wide-SOP(DW) and the height of package has been specified as 2.65mm_max in package dimension.

What is the minimum height guaranteed??   My customer would like to know the height tolerance of the  package?
