Hello,
How does the jitter on the SPI port (i.e., I/O CLOCK) of the Texas Instruments 11-channel TLV2556MPWREP ADC affect the measurement accuracy?
The jitter spec of 380 ps (max.) is listed on page 4 of the data sheet, when VCC is a nominal value of +5V. I want to power this chip form a nominal rail of +3.3V.
The aperature jitter is listed separately as 100 ps nominal (no max. value listed). These values are not listed for a VCC of +3.3V.
I thought this part had an internal sampling clock available, which detaches it from the jitter on the digital SPI port…
The internal oscillator frequency is listed as a minimum value of 2.1 MHz, when powered from a VCC of +3.3V.
Thanks
