CCS/CC2640R2F: UARTCC26XX_CMD_RETURN_PARTIAL_ENABLE inactive period

Hi,

I set the number of bytes to be written into buffer at 5, and I use UARTCC26XX_CMD_RETURN_PARTIAL_ENABLE to return after the inactive period ends, although less than 5 bytes have been read.

Where I can set the inactive period value?
