We would like to make a daisy chain of JTAG interface with RX651, Silabs EFR and CC1310 in chain (currently in that order) with TDO of one IC connected to TDI of the next and so on as per standard JTAG chaining. TMS and TCK are shared for each IC.
When implemented, Silabs EFR works just fine, and CC1310 can also be programmed (apparently only using cJTAG) but RX651 does not respond (TDO is high).
I am assuming this is due to somehow CC1310 being in cJTAG mode when trying to connect to RX651 and the CC1310 TDO pin is in hi-z or undefined state, there is a pull-up in TDO at the test interface. Is there any way to tell CC1310 to default to 4-wire JTAG and nothing else ever? Is there Segger JTAG hardware/software dependency on using 4-wire JTAG with CC1310?
