beagleboard-x15: how to interface 0.10V from PT100 sensor and will the BBX-15 be manufactured for at least 10 years?

Hi,
i'm new here and i have some questions.
i tried the chat with TI but they redirect me here.

Questions:
1-I want to know if the BeagleBoard-X15 will be manufactured for at least 10 years because i would like to use BB-X15 for our industrial project which is basically measuring temperature sensors like PT100, flow meter, command some relays.. all sensors have analogic output 0-10Vdc.

2-How to interface my temperature sensors PT100 with 0-10Vdc with BBX-15 because the card accepts only 0-1.8Vdc.
Is there a s way convert my signal 0-10Vdc into 0-1.8Vdc

Can you suggest me an ADC from Ti.
