LME49830 Ultra-High Fidelity High Power Reference design App note missing information

Hi,

Section 7 of http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/snaa058a (p20) mentions perforance graphs below, but the app note just continues into layout conciderations. I have 2 questions :

1. is ther an updated document with these measurements?
2. do these measurements include  an IMD  plot for the LME49830, and if not can you provide one?
