CCS/CC2640: ICALL is terminated in cc2640

Hi,

I'm working on BLE application for cc2640 target.

I'm able to build the app successfully. We could open CCS debug window and app binary is successfully loaded into target via JTAG cable through XDS110 debug probe.

But  after clicking the suspend button ICALL task function is getting terminated(as shown below).

I'm using BLE SDK  V2.02.01.18 

and CCS V6.2
