AM6526: Errata i2009 : Can't use ECC scrubbing feature inside the DDR controller

Hello,

I have some questions about Errata i2009 of AM65xx. According to this errata, we can't use ECC scrubbing feature. Can Functional safety certification be obtained without this feature ?

Do you have a plan to fix this errata ?  If you have, could you tell us a rough schedule ?
