Hi TI expert,
We have a thermostat application which utilized CC1110F32RHHR. The application has been designed to work in harsh environment where the operating temperature constantly keeps in 80degree C. I would like to know if there is any calculation tools which enable us to estimate the life time of CC1110F32RHHR. Thanks
