Hello,
in a current project of ours, the CC1101 is used as a transciever-unit for a 433 MHz antenna. Since this antenna does not have an input impedance of 50 Ohms, I'm currently considering a redesign of the "filterbalun" from the mentioned REFDES (or as seen in DN017) to directly match it to the impedance of my antenna in order to save space/costs and maybe even enhance signal quality.
Would this be possible?
Is there more detailed information available of how the values for the components of the "filterbalun" were determinated in order to match it to 50 Ohms, which I could base my own design on?
