Tool/software: Linux
Hi,
Firstly I would like to highlight I am a Software Engineer predominantly in the windows .Net domain and not typically used to working with embedded products so please excuse my ignorance/ stupidity.
I am trying to install TI Starterware and when I run the command 'sudo ./OMAPL138_StarterWare_1_10_04_01-Linux-x86-Install' the software install Wizard initializes. I can then select language 'English' and then the installer just hangs indefinitely.
I have installed CCSv8 successfully but cannot for the life of me get the Starterware to install. Note, I have tried several versions of the Starterware and each does the same 'hangup' issue.
The Ubuntu version I am using is Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.
Is there anything you suggest I do?
Many thanks in advance,
Andrew
