I'm looking the F28069 Datasheet (pag.42-51-58 www.ti.com/.../tms320f28069.pdf).
"The F28069 device contain 128K x 16 of embedded flash memory,segregated into eight 16K x 16 sectors."
Sorry for my incompetence, I have two "stupid" questions:
1)About the length in words: I see that Sector H is (16K x 16) and the address range is: 0x3D 8000 – 0x3D BFFF
but in this range we have only 16K and not (16K x 16)..I'm confused.
Furthermore considering that the wordsize is 8 bits.
If I would copy the entire sector H I should fill the textbox (please see the picture below) with
start address: 0x3D 8000 and length in words: 32768 or 32K?? (16K*16/8)
2)With regard to the Sector A, I see that some sectors are reserved to the "security password" and to
"Boot-to-Flash Entry Point". I'm reading the "TMS320x2806x Piccolo Technical Reference Manual" and I saw that
should be very careful reading or writing this PWL locations.
The question is: Can I save this locations as well or it's better to avoid these locations saving?
Thanks a lot,
Kind regards,
Emilio
