INA216: Output driving capability

Using INA216A1 to sense bus current. During power on, bus current can surge more than 5x normal operating current, but sensing resistor and INA216 gain are sized for normal operation. What's the INA216A1 output driving capability? What do you recommend to limit its output voltage to <= 1V, current to a few mA max?
