TLC5916: Minimum Vout spec

Please let me know about Minimum Vout spec for TLC5916(and the other LED Driver).

I think that when VDD: 5V and Voltage drop by LED: 4V, TLC5916 supply is 1V, is it correct?

Is there the other points of notice?
