TPS54821: Is TPS54821 broken if it is used under no input voltage but output 5V applied

Part Number:TPS54821

Hello,

We are thinking to use 5V oring at TPS54821 output as below. Is it possibility TPS54821 is broken? Either 12V or 5V input voltage is applied.
