The TRM, in Figures 10-23 and 10-24, suggests the use of OpAmps for buffering the output of the voltage reference devices into the TMS320F28379D. Most of those voltage references have output capacity of ±10mA, while the Vrefh and Vrefl only require less than 200uA for biasing. Can you please comment on that recommendation and what are the consequences of not using an OpAmp at all?
