i have followed the following procedure and i couldn't get the software to detect my device.i am using cdce(l)9xx programming evaluation module
1) installed clockpro .
2)installed the driver for TUSB3410 (ran the setup file first.it is in the programmingevm folder .but when i try to run the TUSB3410 windows installer package an error messages shows up - "this installation cannot be run by directly launching the MSI package .you must run setup.exe")
3)connected the jumpers as specified.
4)placed the ic (cdce949) in the socket with pin 1 marking in the ic over the pin 1 marking of the socket.
5)connected the programming board to my pc via the USB cable.(have tried both xp and win7)
6)windows recognizes it as 'TUSB3410 device' . but when i open clockpro software ,the green light dosen't glow.
where have i gone wrong?should i install any additional drivers?or could it be the connections in the programming kit?
