UCC23513: How to determine the output capacitor for bipolar drive voltage?

Hi,

I would like to use UCC23513 to drive IGBT with VCC=15V, VEE=-8V.

So where should I put the capacitor?

Only 1 capacitor between VCC and VEE?

Or 1 capacitor between VCC and Vout, and 1 capacitor between VOUT and VEE?

And how to calculate how large the capacitor should I use?
