CC2640: scanning and broadcasting problem

Dear TI Experts,

Now I am using CC2640F128,and I met with a problem really need your help.

Problem description:

Some CC2640F128 blocks can not send broadcast or scan the broadcast after using a period of time( a few days or maybe several days which is not so sure). By using detection mode, we can not detect this situation.  We can not detect the sending broadcast or the scanning of the broadcast unless we reset it.

Start scanning: GAPRole_StartDiscovery()，   ps: we will turn off the scan before we start it.

Start broadcasting: GAPRole_SetParameter()；  during the test, we turn it(scanning and broadcasting) on and off multiple times in a short time, and the return value used to justify the GAPRole_SetParameter() is normal 0; it seems invoking api=normal, but it doesn't work.
