Suddenly all Cortex-M3 devices became NRND?

Hello guys,

I was surprised this week when found out that most of Cortex-M3 devices became NRND. I checked again today and LM3S9D96 is now ACTIVE again. 

Is there any prediction of discontinuing these devices with the introduction of -M4F devices?
