TS3DV642: Can TS3DV642 support PCIE 5Gbps scenario?

Can TS3DV642 support PCIE5.0 Gbps scenario?

I see datasheet Figure 1 S21 drops 3dB @ 6.6Gbps. Does any customer use this part in PCIE5.0gbps case? Is it recommended?
