TINA/Spice/TPS82130: TPS82130 PGood Behavior in the PSpice Model

As can be seen in the images, even when the device has not been enabled, the PG is not held low which contradicts the PGood behavior mentioned in the datasheet (SLVSCY5C) page# 10. The PGood in my schematic is connected to VIN which is 5V2, output is 0V95 and Iout is 3A.

I turn the EN pin high at 510us but the PGood goes HIGH the moment VIN is present is driven low only after 50us of EN going HIGH. Initially while the VIN is below 0.7V PGood will go HIGH but after that it should drop LOW. This behavior contradicts the datasheet.

I'm hoping that only the PSPICE model is flawed and not the actual device. Can TI kindly elaborate on this? And if PSPICE model is flawed, can TI correct this in the PSPICE model?
