Part Number:LM5175
I'm looking for a part similar to the LM5175, capable of input voltages around 80-100V. In particular I'm trying to find a replacement for the LT8705A.
This is for a battery driven application with input voltage range of 19-56V (48V nominal with 60-70V spikes), Output voltage: 24 or 48V. Output current: 15A Max
Some useful features would be:
- Smart gate driver (possibility to change slew rate for EMI/Performance),
- Digital configuration,
- Operation in PFM for light load, high efficiency.
