Part Number:F28M35H52C
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Dear members,
i am using an F28M35H52C microcontroller to control a prototype 3-phase inverter. At the moment, the inverter is connected on the DC side to a DC power supply and on the AC side to a resistive load through an LCL filter.
My PWM code is fine and i have verified it up to 280Vdc/60Vac, however when i go to higher voltages (e.g. when i raise my DC power supply voltage to 320V), i lose my CCS connection to the microcontroller (all the memories go: Could not read) and my microcontroller seems to reset ( i can observe this because some relays that are controlled through GPIO outputs open at the time i lose the connection with CCS, means GPIO outputs go from 1 to 0). Is this a reset of the microcontroller?
Is it possible all this comes from EMI/ grounding issues? Has anyone met this again?
Kind regards,
Alex
